Many longtime guests may know me as Liz Ronco, but after marrying my husband John in 2022, I became Liz Pipkin. I have proudly called Dezign home in Morgan Hill since 2001 and recently celebrated 25 years with the salon. Being part of this community for so many years has been such a meaningful part of my life, and I still genuinely love helping guests look and feel their best.
 

As a Master Stylist, I’m passionate about continuing to grow through education, experience, and creating an exceptional experience for every guest who sits in my chair. My specialties include smoothing treatments, precision haircuts for both long and short styles, dimensional highlights, balayage, and customized color touch ups. I love staying inspired through Aveda education and learning alongside my incredible coworkers so I can continue bringing fresh ideas and techniques to my guests. What truly sets my approach apart is connection. Great hair always starts with listening. I take the time to understand your goals and create a look that feels beautiful, manageable, and uniquely you.
 

When I’m not at Dezign, you’ll usually find me starting my mornings exercising or spending time with my husband John, our two kids, our dog Ellie, our kitty Frank,  and the people we love most. I love hosting, firing up the BBQ, gathering friends and family together, and if there’s country music playing in the background, even better.
 

One of my favorite reminders in life is to let faith be bigger than your fear.
