Meet  Lindsy

If you’ve been around Dezign for a while, you may know me as Lindsy Brewer, but my connection to this salon started long before I ever worked behind the chair.

Growing up in Morgan Hill, I was a client at Dezign and always looked forward to my appointments. Being in the salon sparked my curiosity and love for the beauty industry from an early age and ultimately led me to enroll in cosmetology school straight out of high school. I attended the Cinta Aveda Institute in San Francisco in 2009, where I developed not only my technical foundation but also a deep appreciation for Aveda and their commitment to caring for people and the world around us.

Coming back to Dezign in 2011 felt like coming home. Over the years, this salon became so much more than just my workplace. It’s where I built my career, formed lifelong friendships, and even met my husband through the Dezign family. In early 2021, I had the opportunity to take over as owner, a full circle moment I never could have imagined as a young client sitting in these chairs.

Dezign means the world to me. This space has given me so much throughout my life, and I pour that same love, care, and intention back into it every single day. My goal has always been to create more than beautiful hair. I want every guest to feel welcomed, cared for, and leave feeling like the best version of themselves.

From seamless grey coverage and dimensional color to balayage, extensions, smoothing treatments, and precision haircuts, every appointment is thoughtfully customized around your goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences. I love creating hair that feels elevated, effortless, and truly fits the person wearing it.

Every appointment with me is built around connection, trust, and creating hair that feels effortlessly beautiful and uniquely you. My goal is not just for you to love your hair the day you leave, but to have a stylist and salon you feel excited to come back to again and again.
