Our Mission
Our mission at Dezign Salon is to serve as a positive force in the Morgan Hill community and the beauty industry, offering an unparalleled salon experience that sets us apart, benefiting both our team members and guests. Through collaborative partnerships with our guests, we craft customized looks to suit their lifestyle and their unique beauty. We thrive in a team environment, radiating a strong sense of community, connection, and joy for everyone we encounter.
Our Culture
Walk into Dezign and you'll feel it right away, this is a team that actually likes each other. We believe in showing up for one another, celebrating wins together, and never competing over collaborating. Growth is a big deal here, so is kindness, and so is doing the work that actually makes people feel good. We care about more than just the numbers, we care about building a life you're proud of, one that's full of purpose, connection, and yeah, financial freedom too. At the end of the day, Dezign isn't just a place to work. It's a team you'll actually want to be part of.
What We Offer
We offer more than a chair, we offer a career. Uncapped commission means your income can grow as fast as your skill. Ongoing education keeps you sharp behind the chair, but we also invest in teaching you how to actually build a business, marketing, client retention, the stuff that turns a good stylist into a fully booked one. Add in flexible scheduling, team events you'll actually want to attend, and coworkers who feel more like family, and you've got a salon that invests in you the same way you invest in your craft."
