Cancellation Policy

We respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellation or changes. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours result in a $25 rebooking fee. No call/No shows will result in a $50 rebooking fee. No future appointments will be allowed to be made until fees are paid in full.

Late Policy

We will try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. After that time you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it within the time allotted for you, OR reschedule your appointment for a different time, which will result in a late rebooking fee.

Service Redo & Return Policy

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we’re happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchange at full store credit for 90 days from your initial purchase.

Where are we located?

**Although our address is Monterey Road our front door is located on Third Street, right next to Main Street Bagels


Where is the best place to park?

The easiest place to park is the parking garage on Fourth St. & Monterey Rd. which has 275 parking spaces. The car entrance is on Fourth St. and there is a Pedestrian entrance on Third St. that is basically across the street from Dezign.  Although there is a parking lot directly behind our building facing Rosy's at the Beach's back patio, it does get quite crowded since we are right in the heart of Downtown Morgan Hill.


Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

YES! Product build-up and natural oils can interfere with your coloring service. Please arrive with dry hair that has been cleaned within 2 days. This will ensure we are providing you with a great result!
